The three day diet seems to be helping. I think I will keep at it. Glad to be losing again. I see the doctor today for my "official" weigh in.

Weighed in this morning on my new scale. Trying to shake things up a bit as I had stalled. Doing the 3-day "Military diet" Mon-Wed and then will eat my regular diet the rest of the week. Will see if this helps. I have lost 2 pounds since Monday near as I can tell with the scale issues, so that is good. I am pretty sure I had gained 2-3 pounds since my last weigh in and now it shows a one pound loss.

Comparing this photo to my profile picture, it looks like I have lost a little bit of my chubby cheeks lol. I have slowed down in my weight loss and am looking for some non-scale motivation to keep me going!

My weight seems to have stagnated. Not gaining...but not losing either. My scale gives me different readings when I step off and then right back on again. So, step one is I ordered a new scale. I will weigh in again once I have gotten the new scale and know it is accurate. I just "feel" heavy and bloated. It will be here Tuesday. Also, I have slowly gone from 1,500 cals a day to 1,600 to now 1,700 and 1,800 many days. I am having trouble again with that nighttime eating. I fast 16 hours, so I am cramming those calories into an 8 hour window. I tell myself each day that I won't eat the extra bowl of cereal or whatever, and each night I find myself eating to excess. Ugh, I guess I need more willpower. But, how can I be so strong and efficient in all areas of my life except for this? Oh well. The battle continues. I am not giving up this time!
