So I have been away from the gym and from eating healthy for about a month now. I was sick with a really bad cold for about 3 weeks and it kept me from working out. Though you would never tell considering I have not gained or lost anything since then. I am going back to the gym starting today as well as I got a personal trainer that I will be starting with on wed next week. I know this will help me as well as the size 9 shorts hanging on my wall right now!! (I am currently a size 13) I am hoping to get down 4 pant sizes in 2 months. Wish me luck!!

Well, I have been continuing to work out, haw ever I have been slacking on my good eating habits. Actually, I lied. I have kinda been slacking on the exercise too. I have been going to the gym about once a week which is beyond expectable. If I expect any type of POSITIVE results, I need to be going at least 2-3 times a week. Though it has been difficult lately as I am currently working two jobs now and I have little time in the evenings for exercise. Though I guess I could be going for walks on my breaks now that the weather has warmed up some. I just need to stay positive and keep at it. Don't give up now, Bonnie. You can do this. Right?
I thought I would also do a measurement scale as it's been some time since I last did one.

Well, I am very pleased with myself. I have lost so far 16 lbs!! I am so proud of myself. I stopped going to weight watchers as I was really only going in to get weighed. So I stopped going, but still follow the diet and the point program. I am also going to the gym at least 2x/week. I definitly think that I am going somewhere with my weight loss. Only 22lbs left to go.
