So I went into my weigh in knowing that I would probley weigh more then I did last week, and I was right. I only gained .8 lbs which is not too bad really. I had a bad week last week of eating bad food and making a lot of poor choices. But this week I am going to get back on track and not let Christmas slow me down. This week is going to be rough, so I need to stay strong and not let temptation get the best of me. Eat good with some small treats in between. Hopefully I will see some improvment at my next weigh in.

woo hoo!!
I lost 2.4 lbs tonight!! I am so excited and happy with myself. I ate good and I followed my diet really well plus I did alot of walking last week which probley helped alot as well. I definitly need to learn from last week and continue on the same path. GO ME!!

ok, so this is how it goes.
3 weeks ago, I could not make it to my meeting, so I weighed myself at home. Well, the scale said I was 182. So I went with that. A week later, I went to my meeting and it said I was 184, which is what I was the last time I went to a meeting. I decided to leave it as 182 on here so that it would not look like I had gained weight when in reality, my scale is aff by 2 pounds.
I then went to my weeting this week and I was down to 183. Which is good cause that means I am down a pound (yeah me!!). So, I thought it would look not as bad on here if it looked like I had only gained a pound when in fact I had lost one.
Well as long as that is sorted out, I can go about my day. lol
This week so far as been pretty good. I have done a lot of walking as I still have no car that I feel comfortable driving and I refuse to ride my bike in the snow. Mon-wed I walked anywhere from 20 mins to 2 hours worth. I am quite pleased with myself and I know it will be a positive thing as my upper legs are a bit sore today. Got to keep it up if I want to keep it off!!

no change this week. Same as last week. Which I guess is all right, better then gaining. I am gonna start back at the gym next week, though I wonder how well that is going to go considering we had our first
REAL
snow fall last night and I doubt it's going to get better any time soon. This is an issue only because I am still riding my bike home from work and I am still unable to drive the truck. I am hoping to remedy that soon.
I think I will also include my measurements as it has been a while since I have done that last.

Well, I wasn't able to go to my meeting tonight as I have no money and I had a meeting for work to go to. But, I weighed myself at home and it said I lost 2lbs. not too bad I guess.
