Well I am up, AGAIN. Though I went to see my personal trainer the other day and she did my full body assessment and apparently I have gained something like 10lbs in lean muscle!! 10 lbs!! holly molly!! that is good to know. Though I am still gaining weight which is really discouraging. I know it is good to gain muscle, but this is making it hard for me to stay focused and in control. I feel so awful. I just want to be thin and I am seeing nothing but gain. I really want to see some improvement. I just need to keep going and not let it bother me but rather make me stronger!!

Well, I really do not understand what is going on. Last week I did a lot of exercise and this week I did even more and my weight has gone back up!! I feel so discouraged with this whole weight loss thing. I try one thing and I gain. I try something else and I gain. I sometimes feel like giving up. I feel like eating a big mac and stuffing my face with fattening foods and just giving up. I feel like I am never going to reach my goal. It's pointless and a waste of time.
Then there are times when I think, you know what? this is not going to take control of me! I am going to fight this!! I am going to win and kick these bad thoughts out once and for all!!
I just need to keep up this hard work and see what happens next week.
Thought I might add my measurements.
Not too bad from last time.
Chest: 42 (-2)
Waist: 33 (+.5)
Hips: 45.5 (-.5)
Thighs: 27.5 (+.5)
