I've had a pulled hip flexor and quad pull and so have not been able to exercise. I am surprised I have lost at all but I have stuck with what I am supposed to do this week. It would be nice to keep up this rate and build a nice muscle base while I do it. Muscles weigh something though and it will make the loss slower. I have been asking my wife to measure all my rolls and take the regular measurements every other week. Next week that will happen. By then I should be able to get to the gym 2 or 3 times. As God wills it will be so. I just have to fight being lazy or just allowing everything to pull me away from what I have to do.

Overworked a quad yesterday. Could not work out for a few days. I still managed to lose another pound. I feel much better now. Can't work out tomorrow - church. Will work out on Monday.

I used my wrist wraps today and they worked very well. Moved weight safer. Also did aerobic cycling for 20 minutes. My wife says she can see some change and I am happy.

Lifted 3x last week. Got wrist straps on order should come in a few days. Then I will be upping my lifting without pain in my wrists. Going out for lunch/dinner later.
