Day 21
I am really happy with that drop. I was pretty hungry last night though. I didn't eat but I was kind of looking around for food.
3rd week so I will take my progress pictures today. I took for week one and week two. I am not posting them all until I have hit my target.
Because of my day today, I fully expect my weight to go back up tomorrow. We will see. I will try to go easy but it's very hot here and cold beer! I actually live in one of the hottest places in China. The weather here is not only hot but extremely humid.

An update.
So I did my work out today. Added a set to my arms, chest and back reps. I also did much better on my abs now that I do the abs first and the weights after.
My meal was great I made Chinese chicken drumsticks with a big salad. The only problem was I didn't get to eat all the chicken as my little boy was nicking them. Now he is stealing my lime water!
All in all it came in at 1200Kcal which gives me plenty of leeway for tomorrow!
I am very happy with myself. I can see the weight loss especially on my chest and stomach. My abs actually hurt and my shoulders feel tighter. I just need to not give up.

Day 20
Finally dropped below 77Kgs Just so long as the weight goes down I don't care.
My original aim was 3 months to lose the weight. Now I am pretty sure I can do it in two months. Two months of hard work to look good?
I don't want to spend months and months or even years dieting, I want to lose the weight get fit then eat pretty much what I want because I have the fitness to burn off the calories. Why are thin people thin? Because they use more energy than they eat.
I read the blogs saying losing weight healthily etc then see the person has been on here for two years or more and had pizza and beer yesterday but is back on the diet today... A little more will power! You can do it in months then be happy!
To be honest my body can handle lower calories and more exercise but I have to force myself to do it.
I am going to my friend's tomorrow. There will be BBQ and drinks. I will still stick to my OMAD diet. No added carbs and that will be my one meal. I will also drink wine rather than beer because it is slightly better for me. 125Kcal vs 155Kcal with selected meat I can have around four glasses of red. I know I will drink more than that so today I am having steak with avocado salad and that is it. At around 1300Kcal a good 500 below my RDI.

Day 19
I knew it. Actually it went down a little just FS doesn't show it. Yesterday was 77.25kg and today is 77.21 the day before was like 77.28 or something. So it is small progress but progress.
Chicken tonight! Can't wait. Chicken plus a salad with boiled eggs. Comes in at 1111Kcal LOL silly I know but it is only a guide.

Oops didn't check the calories before I ate. Over by near enough 300Kcal
Damn all that work today and exercise and I mess it up with such a stupid thing. Oh well tomorrow is another day.
