Day 14
Unsurprisingly my weight has remained pretty much the same. I can't say I am not disappointed but it was to be expected as I didn't move very much yesterday apart from the classroom to the office and back.
Today is a little better as I have the afternoon off. But I have to do family stuff as I have been working every day for the last 10 days. My poor little boy has been stuck in the house nearly everyday unless he went to preschool for the morning so I will be taking him somewhere fun this afternoon.

Day 13
I was hoping to lose a little more but I was working all day yesterday and didn't go out at all. The same today in the office all day with a few scattered lessons throughout the day. I really hate my summer schedule.
I have no idea what I am going to eat today as I don't have a lot of time to make anything.
On a personal note everything is really getting on my nerves recently. I am not sure if it is the diet or if working every day for the next two or three weeks is starting to mount up. I am a social animal and being stuck at work every day is driving me frigging insane.

This is pretty much what I am eating today as my main meal. I will add some fruit, nuts and an extra egg because it isn't close to my RDI. Hoping for at least 1600Kcal today. Sorry the photo isn't great my friend doesn't know how to point a camera.
Cals: 1082kcal Carbs:18% Fat:51% Protein: 31%
Includes: Tomatoes, Boiled Egg, Cheddar Cheese, Lettuce, Mayonnaise, Skinless Chicken Breast, Carrots, Cucumber, Olive Oil.
"A very simple salad. Fry the chicken in olive oil or boil the chicken if you really want to cut down the calories. Remove the chicken from the pan and add boiled sweetcorn and two tablespoons of mayonnaise. I personally make the salad and put the chicken and sweetcorn on top but you can mix it if you find that a bit bland but I would add more mayo if you were going to do that so boil the chicken rather than fry."

Day 12
Despite not actually doing very much at all yesterday apart from work a few hours. I managed to lose. I am really happy with my progress. I have thought about it and I will start squeezing exercise in from Monday but it will be difficult to get motivated as I have class in the morning, afternoon and the evening at the moment It will defiantly have to be after my morning class has finished.
Opinions are split on if you should weigh yourself everyday but if I don't then I forget totally and my diary becomes all messed up.
My weight loss is my inspiration to lose weight and when my weight goes up I see it as a challenge.

How does anyone hit their RDI on OMAD if they use chicken as the main?
I am down almost 500Kcal for the day. Doesn't help that I forgot to add cheese and boiled eggs to the salad though. I only barely managed to eat all of the salad.
This is the second day in a row I could barely finish. I expect all that salad to digest pretty quickly so I might get in an egg and a slice of cheese before I am back to fasting.
Fingers crossed.
