Day 25
Well, I did nothing yesterday. BY the time I finished work and closed everything up it was gone 10pm so I will exercise after my class this morning then it's a quick shower before I have another lesson.
I did have a bit of a naughty yesterday I bought a lovely cold beer but only the one.

Day 24
Pretty happy with the drop. I had a great day yesterday. I made a big pork salad and we went out for the day. Today isn't so great as I finish work at 9pm. Oh one more week then I have a holiday.

Day 23
After yesterday's dinner of protein and fat I expected to go up. However I feel great. I don't have time to work out during the day today so I will work out after work before I take my bath.

Like damn and lots of other bad words that I am probably not allowed to say here.
I ate over 3000Kcal yesterday!
One pizza, a few beers and a lot of red wine! Oh and a big bag of crisps (potato chips for you none native English speakers)

Day 22
I thought it would go up. I went out yesterday, ate pretty much what I wanted and drank. I feel pretty terrible today not because of the diet though. Rather hungover.
Today I am bad to my normal diet. I can't really work out as I have classes all day.
