Day 11
No, drop today. I guess I will start to either lower my calorie intake some more or I will have to start whispers <exercising>
Today I have a big chicken salad planned for my meal which will be around 1500Kcal so will see tomorrow.

I am not sure if it was because I cut out over 200Kcal yesterday or if it was because I wasn't as busy today but I was really hungry over an hour before my due meal time.
My dinner was great but I think a two egg omelet is enough, three was way too many and I couldn't finish it.
Next dilemma. I have to start exercising next week. I hate exercise with a passion. And no good telling me to find something I like because I hate all of it especially sports. I don't even watch sports let alone do them.

Day 10
I cheated a little to get this drop as I cut out cheese and the extra egg from the diet just to bring the fat content down. I was worried that I had reached a plateau.
Everything is on schedule. Still not feeling great this cold is annoying. Hunger pangs can be bad if I miss my meal time, say 30mins to an hour late and I really start struggling.

Well that was disappointing but at least it didn't go up. I am actually pretty sick and I am very busy today so I don't expect I will manage to be able to work out.

The alcohol; caught up with me. I am not sure but I think I miscalculated my RDI yesterday it seemed like way way too much in the meal. Also really heavy rain yesterday so I didn't get to go out.
Tomorrow it will drop again.
