I've always been thicker and I love my curves but my curves aren't as defined as they used to be so that is what I'm working towards. Health wise I'm doing well, but diabetes, high cholesterol & blood pressure run in my family, both of my very thin parents have those health issues so by getting control of my weight now I hope to avoid the for as long as possible. I'm a little hard on myself sometimes, but I'm working on appreciating the 30lbs I have lose instead of being mad at my self for having 34lbs to go. I'm proud of the what I've accomplished thus far, even if I don't always see or believe it.
