I am a 36 yr old female last yr i weighed 209 and was totally miserable. One of my friends bought a treadmill and of course i bought one to. I did it for 30 min in the am and 30 min in the pm and got down to 160lbs.Ive been eating better and having smaller portions.Its still really hard especially since I LOVE SWEETS!I got burned out for a couple of mths and 2 weeks ago i got back on track with walking and running and eating better again hope to loose that last 30 lbs i cant seem to get down lower than 160.
