Started exercising..even just for 30 minutes...

Day 16 of 28..IF . It is going well. The 1st week took very long, but I have made it into 3 weeks. I am more in control of my eating and don't feel guilty at all. My eating windows varies depending on how busy I am.
I am busy reading Fast, feast repeat by Gin Stephens and it's a real motivation our everyone is different. I don't want to have a "diet brain" mentality again.
I will only way on Day 28...the scale is not my friend☺️

Day 3 of 28 Day challenge...It was a good day. I didn't have any cravings. Drank my water and black coffee. Always reading Fast, Feast and repeat and listening to Emma The Intermittent Coach for encouragement.

Haven't weighed in a long time...I just went haywire...not good...but taking care of your health is a lifestyle....so I will always have to take care of myself.

I started yesterday to eat only veg and fruit for this month. I am omitting diary and all processed food in order to not have any cravings.I need to find out what works for me. I definitely don't feel bloated and at least can have fruit if I feel for something sweet.
