it is so difficult if you were side-tracked to get back to focus, but it's a conscious decision. Yesterday I refocused and I need to do it for my health and all it's benefits. Today is a new day...

Not doing well thus far. It was my birthday o Friday and one of my learners brought me Lindt chocolates which is my weakness. I overindulged and now I need to get back to the drawing board....this is life and I need to get up and move on. It feels like 1 step forward and 2 steps back. But I am not giving up on my healthy way of living.

Week 2 of the 30 day ADF challenge and RBS.
The week was good. This weekend I managed a 34hr fast but had some carrot cake that was a gift...at least I didn't overindulge like other times.
I like IF and EF because I am more in control of my eating. And I like to feel this way. I am currently not weighing myself until the end of the mont, because I know the scale is not my friend.
I also did some 45min. exercise for at least 3x this week and my legs were aching. I know that is because I haven't exercised in ages, but I like the endorphin rush that it gives me afterwards. I more energy and is able to tackle more chores.
I need to continue for my health and the benefits that I get is All free.
Week 3 here I come. I know it will go better because it is back to work.

Breaking a 42hr fast with youghurt, blueberries, chia seeds and flaxseed. Cup of coffee with milk.
