I am on day 33 of IF. I managed to stick to it. I will continue this way of eating because I am more in control of my eating and not the food controlling me. I almost gave in today but I realized that I must drink enough water in order to stop rhe hunger pangs. The loadshedding is also playing havoc with my eating schedule but I worked around it....
Nothing is impossible if you put your mind to it😜
I'm on day 25 of 30 Day Fitness Challenge. Today after work I felt like not exercising but I want to stick to this Challenge...even if it's just 30 minutes. I can not give up on my health. I am the only one that can change the bad habits. My obstacles are only as big as I want it to be...I can do this💃💃

Amen💃💃. I have managed to stick to IF for 28 days. Mostly 22:2. I am still going strong. I really enjoy this way of eating because I don't need to focus on food all the time. Today I'm doing ADF because I can have a day of " healthy' feasting. This is a lifestyle I would like to adapt to. I am currently on day 32 of IF.
I'm also going strong with my fitness challenge and not worries about the scale because the NSV is soooo much more worth it. Consistency is 🔑 . You will never know what you are capable of if you don't try...Don't give up...this can be the year of miracles😜

Day 27 of 28 Day IF challenge. Still going strong and haven't given up. I enjoy this way of eating because the NSV are so much more than thinking about food the entire day.
Saturday I went out for the day and felt in control...as long as I had my water...🤩
I haven't weighed in 3 weeks and I feel good because I'm going to allow that the number on the scale going to affect the way I feel.
I'm also on Day 14 of my 30 Day Fitness Challenge...every day at least moving for 30 minutes. Small victories adds up to bigger triumphs.

21 Day of IF 28 Day challenge...I didn't realise that it's already 3 weeks. WOW 😀Giving up is not an option, because it will mean I'm planning to fail. This must become a lifestyle. I'm more in control of my eating habits and what I eat. This weekend was amazing. It is rhe 1st weekend in my life that I went on holiday and was in control of my eating. Other times I would give up due to the temptations bit this time around I made a conscious decision to be more mindful of what I'm eating. I didn't feel guilty and bloated.
I even stuck to my 30 Fay fitness challenge. This must become a lifestyle just 30 minutes of exercise a day is enough in order to stay motivated. it must not feel like a burden.
Day 8 of 30 Day Fitness Challenge...Lilly Sabri. After a long day I sometimes feel to tired to exercise but once You've started I feel totally rejuvenated. Thanks to the feel-good hormones.
NSV..is staying motivated and feeling good.
