Hello everyone...I am very excited to have found this website! I have been an Atkins fan since the age of 16 thanks to my parents that really cared for me and were concerned about my health!
Well about me I am 26 years old live in Sacramento, Ca. have a wonderful husband that I love sooooooo much! I have been married for 6 years in July (wow)my husband is very supportive of my diet and has become an Atkins chef in the kitchen (LOL).
Advise for anyone trying to do this diet don't do it if your just trying to loose weight quick, this diet is a lifestyle change because once you leave it the weight will creep right back believe me thats why I'm back on it and not turning back to carbs! I'm an Atkins die hard fan no imitations accepted here...Any questions just leave me a message I am lookingforward to be able to get to know some of you...
