I always had a weight problem so I dropped 56lbs at Healthy Weigh in 1998. Kept 30lbs off for 14 yrs. Had work related stress and death in family (my Mom) and lost 25 lbs. I can not eat when under stress. Now most of the strss is gone and I have gained 20-25 lbs. I don't have any clothing that fits real well so I need to lose the 25 lbs. I have been married 43 yrs and have 3 adult children and 9 grandchildren, 5 Native American, 3 Southerners and 1 Yankee ranging in ages 4 yrs to 21 yrs. I have been in medical and dental healthcare for 26 yrs and gave it up August 2012. I exercise 3 times a week for 30-40 min on a stationary bike and The Total Gymn. I love the Total Gym! My foot was broken mid January 2013 and healed wrong so I was in a CAM boot 5 mo. and a bone stimulater device for 3 mo. It left me with a sore hip replacement because my gait was changed. I still have pain in the left hip and hope it is not permament. I does impede 30 minute walks. I enjoy FatSecret tracking my eating and exercise and hope this will be my salvation in weight loss.
