I have also been drinking more water, especially since I found Lipton To Go singles to add to water that have no calories & no sugar...Not sweetened with aspertaime either. I find the ones that are sweetened with aspertaime have a weird after-taste. I also started taking a multi-vitamin. I asked my pharmacist & she recommended One-A-Day WeightSmart, it has Green Tea in it that has been proven to aid in weight-loss. I also take Benefiber 3x a day, as my doctor said that I needed more fiber in my diet due to problems when I eliminate my bowels. I think the combination of eating only Phase One allowable foods & the other things that I am doing have helped me greatly. Also the support from my family, friends & everyone here has helped me as well!
