So lunch was great. I went to Panda Express. Instead of getting my usual, I got mixed veggies (steamed) with Broccoli Beef and Mongolian Chicken. It so good and according to there nutritional data the whole meal was only 477 Kcal with the fortune cookie included. I ate with chop sticks which was a work out in its self. (Can put that on my activity log?) The fortune in the cookie really fits me right now. "Daydreams may be pleasant, but accomplishments are more satisfying". That is so fitting as threw the years I have dreamt of being thin and now I am actually doing things to get there. The accomplishments that I have made are so much more satisfying then the dreams.

Feeling kinda down. My back is killing me (back spasms) and I don't want to stop moving or working out. I haven't been on a walk since the 10th and I haven't been doing any of my workout vids. I have been doing a lot of stretching and little movements throughout each day except for yesterday. I spent most of the day in bed due to my back. My mind is saying move and workout by my back is saying no. I hate having to miss work because of this also. I have been doing a little bit of Indian club routines to try and increase my strength but I don't want to permanently damage my back muscles. Least my wife has been concerned enough to rub my back. Maybe this weekend I will be able to walk. My back does not hurt all the time just when it decides to spasm and lock up. It sucks. :-{. Its hard to keep positive when going though this. I would rather have my knee pain then back spasms any day. Thankfully my knees are much better.

Okay I kinda piggied today. Its been awhile since I hit over 80 percent of my RDI (2000). Not that I am worried or ashamed. In fact I just had a hungry day. It happens. Anyway since I haven't shouted out today I want to give a BIG WOOOOOHHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOO to all my buddies. You guys and gals are the best and with out you I probably would be stuck at closer to 400LBS. Have a great day tomorrow and remember to eat less and move more!!!
Oh and a FYI, I'm working on a set of progress pics however GIMP is not liking me. I'm use to photoshop but I don't have access to that anymore.

New report - I walked 2.74 miles tonight in 1hr 9min. Not the fastest I've walked but definitely the longest at one time. My back is unfortunately killing me. A got night of rest should help. I also when shopping and found some new stuff to try (hummus) and tomorrow we are going out to eat to celebrate my wife's 37th birthday. Should be interesting since I haven't eat at a sit down restaurant since going new lifestyle on my arse. Woooooohoooooo for my new found back pain from walking.

Wow, I had to weight in today because I'm not gonna be by a scale tomorrow. another 14.6 pounds down in the last 2 weeks. I need to notch my belt again too. I'm super stoked again. Looks like I may hit 300 by the end of September. If not that's okay too. Wooooohoooooo!!!!
Another WOOOOHHOOOOO my bar changed color. Go Orange! Go Orange!
Update - the bar on my weight tracker went orange not my progress bar that shows when I post. Oh well. It will come soon enough. Still Go Orange!
Update two - apparently my posting progress bar did not update with my new weight info. That is why it did not change to orange. WTH!!!! Anyone know what to do?
Last time - Apparently Firefox does not like orange because it is still showing red for my ticker. If I log in with IE it shows orange. I love Firefox but come on the fox is orange why can't my ticker be.
