Hi, my name is Laura, I am 25 years old, 158cm tall (5'2) and I started this fatsecret journey at 58kg (127.9 pounds), the heaviest I have ever been. In addition, because I am short, every kilo adds up and I soon look chubby.

I know I fall in a healthy weight range but I really want to tone up my body and eat healthier. I want to feel good about myself in a bikini and I want to be able to jump on the treadmill and run for kilometres! I often receive compliments when I reach about 52kg (114.6 pounds) so that is my goal.

Daily, I mostly struggle with not having enough time or energy to exercise, eating too much (big portion sizes) and giving in on my cravings for chocolate, chips and fast food.

I'm really keen to hear from anyone who has helpful advice or just wants to be buddies for a bit of moral support. Add me as a buddy :)
