hi, my name is christina, I have a wonderful huspand and we share an18 month old son, Im a stay at home mom, my huspand is a supervisor at a near by plant. I was put on this diet by my dr. for polycystic ovarian syndrom, i have to lose 10% of my body weight. I started at 186 sept 27. so i have to lose 15 pounds to keep me out of danger for type 2 dieteties and heart problems.My huspand and i have been trying to conceive a second child.so im doing this also to help regulate my menstral cycles.
alittle more, back in school i was anorexic and then one day i got the cold hard truth, i was close to death and then with some counciling and some suport, iv come to love food. so now 10 years later im struggling to do the diet thing because im worried about slipping backwards. but im happy to see the diet is working.
