Hi, my name is Melissa and I am 26 years old. I have 2 children ages 7 years and 4 years both with ASD and my oldest has ADHD. Before my first child I weighed a pretty healthy 130 but then with the kids came the weight and I couldn't seem to lose it no matter what I did. I want to be healthy for myself and my family...so here's to my journey :)
Mini-goals:
225- 10% down and hopefully get my back fixed.
199-I want to be below 200 again
150-
145-Healthy BMI
130-My pre first pregnancy weight and about the middle of healthy weight for my BMI.
I hope I can get this low but I'm not sure how close I will get. 145 will make me happy if I can't get any lower.
I haven't figured out any rewards yet...but I'm sure I will. Losing the weight is a pretty big reward for myself :)
