Well, I'm fat. I'll soon be 60 and still fat. I live in Alabama, known as being in the top 10 "fat" states so I'm obviously in the right spot. I have a husband, not fat, and a cat, kinda fat. I'm a vegetarian and a Christian with 2 grwon up kids with their own families, and 1 SUPER grandson, Waylon. I grew up knowing whats good for you so I know better about what to eat and what not so I have no one to blame but myself (darn). Anyway, I work full time with other fat people who have just gone on diets and losing weight. I gained a pound last week. But I'll try to have a positive spirit and "Giterdun"!!!
