Finally some progress! I've shed another pound. I'm very happy to be at 190.

Had a light dinner last night. Worked out this morning. 1/2 Cup of oatmeal for breakfast.

I've had no alcohol in more than 2 weeks. I'll probably have a glass of wine Saturday night.

A few days ago I was anticipating diet and workout problems because I was traveling. In fact, I lost weight on the trip -- the only weight loss progress I've made in 2 weeks. Maybe I should travel more often? Hahahaha.

I'm looking forward to being in the 180's.

Nice job , dheimer!!! It's hard to do well when you're traveling. Excellent! Keep up the good work and you'll be in the 180's before you know it! :-)

Great work! You're inspiring me about my own upcoming travels-- keep up the good work and I'm sure you'll be in the 180s soon. I'm also sure you'll be looking great for your high school reunion. Is that coming up soon?
