Ok, didn't lose today, but also didn't gain. I am trying so hard to to stay on plan 100%, but then life takes over! I don't understand how I watch what I eat, run around at work all day, and then exersise and lose nothing, when friends of mine are on it and they are losing 8 pounds a week and sit home all day and not exercising! It is getting frustrating! But next week is going to be different, I better see a "big" number on that scale! The start of a great week! HOpe everyone has a great weekend!

Don't despair! I just had one of those weeks, too. I did everything right and the (evil) scale wouldn't budge! But the laws of nature have to prevail. If we take in less calories than we burn, the weight WILL come off. And we are on this journey for life so we have all the time in the world! As a back up plan, I also took my measurements after my disappointing scale incident so I could have another (and more reliable!) way to see my progress. Keep up the good work and have a great weekend, too!

Each person's body is different. Never compare yourself to anyone else. If you are eating healthy and exercising, you are doing wonderful things for yourself. You have to think of this as a lifetime commitment. There will be weeks you lose, gain, and stay the same. The most important thing is that you keep going and eventually you will get where you want to go. Good luck!

Hang in there. If you give up then all is lost. Keep plugging and watching your points and the scales will turn in your favor. Good Luck to you over the weekend. Be sure to keep a food jorunal to monitor everything that you eat everyday. Have a good weekend.
