I am a 34 year old single mother of 2 kids ages 8 and 9, living in New Jersey. I have finally come to a point in my life that I am tired of being "fat" and I am doing this for my kids as well as myself. I want to see them grow up and be proud of their mom. I have done the yo-yo diet thing for a long time and usually lose weight and feel great, and within a few weeks I have gained all that weight back plus some.
