This has been an interesting 2nd week. However, it's been a successful one, as my total net carbs, for the week, was 99.1g, with a daily average of 14.16g; the result of which is: I'm down another 5 pounds. Hoo yaa!!! I'm also off to a great start, in this third week. Because of Valentines Day, there were plenty of cupcakes up for grabs, in the staff lounge, at work, and a feast of fried chicken, fish, french fries, and an assortment of cupcakes at church tonight; all of which I successfully walked away from; something I wouldn't have done three weeks ago. If I can walk away from those temptations, I'm not concerned about any others that may come my way. :-)
