Ugh. Company party plan failed. Not in a really major way (i.e. no table dancing, no hangover, etc) but I ate too much of stuff that I shouldn't have.

Good workouts. Today I did my weight lifting routine and added in 25 minutes on a stationary bike.

I think I'm skipping the cookie exchange party tomorrow. Jeez...

Good to hear no embarassing moments at the company party - that can be dangerous for the career! Now that you have the party out of the way you can re-focus again -- not that there aren't more to follow! :) My company party is next weeek - so I best formulate a plan to avoid disaster! Keep up the good work!

lol Yayaya!! Dang, the table dancing would've burned off them extra carbs! lmao! Back up in that saddle, you can do it! Way to go with the extra exercise!!!

Activity can make some difference. Just exercise...just do it!!! Glad you had fun anyway.

I applaud you; in some of the better careers, the parties have the most scrumptious treats and drinks! To not have too much drink, to not dance on the table, BRAVO! Shows commitment! Save the dancing on the tables for home! I'm going to post now about my new dancing experience! Anyway, I applaud you; BRAVO!!!

the whole idea of company party was to enjoy yourslf..and you shouldnt feel discouraged by choices you made..changing your eating habits is an everyday challenge..and will be as long as your trying to drop off the weight...on the other hand, after making what you thought to be the wrong choices, you exercised to work off those choices...so another day, another learning experiece...
