YAY!!! I lost 3lbs. I weighed myself for the first time last Thursday (I had to buy a scale- LOL!) I wasn't thinking I would weigh myself yet, because I still feel like I am not completely following the SBD to a tee. I couldn't resist & I am so glad that I did!
