YAY!!! I lost 3lbs. I weighed myself for the first time last Thursday (I had to buy a scale- LOL!) I wasn't thinking I would weigh myself yet, because I still feel like I am not completely following the SBD to a tee. I couldn't resist & I am so glad that I did!

I think I should write down what I am eating. I really feel like I am doing good, but I have been feeling hungry. Plus, I cannot get chocalate out of my head!
Breakfast: a hard boiled egg, celery, water & black coffee
Snack: celery sticks
Lunch: fake bacon/veggie burger (no bun), cucumber slices, 8oz skim milk

I haven't had a single piece of bread since Sunday. WOW! I love bread & I thought for sure this would be so hard. But, it really hasn't & that is so wonderful & gives me great hope that I will be able to stick to this diet, no problem.
I haven't officially started Phase 1 yet. I have drastically reduced my sugar intake, but am noticing that it seems like EVERYTHING has sugar in it! I thought my trip to the market was a sucess, but I am still finding sugar in my home.
I have increased my meals to 3 a day & am including 3 snacks too.
