The scale is tormenting me! First thing in the morning it shows that I gained a lb from yesterday then, after a few hours and some exercise, it shows that I lost a bit. Driving me crazy when I am already emotional about all of this! Anybody have a rule about how often they weigh themselves and does it work?

It does the same thing for me, it is so annoying. I've taken to weighing myself once a week in the morning so I do not get so frustrated.

I have definately found that I always weigh myself at the same time of the day...otherwise the up and down ....really the up will depress me. You are doing great hang in there!
