So I haven't been here in awhile. I'm doing ok maintaining but I have slipped up a couple of times with snacks that are in the house. I feel so weird these past weeks like I dream my weight is going to magically return. It takes a lot to get used to my new size and for people to accept it. I still get a little negativity when I pull out my carrots or my green smoothly drink but I have to learn to not let people/family affect me.

It literally a lifestyle change. I learned how to eat and I'm sticking to it when I prep for the week every Sunday. It's so much easier and it works for me. Now exercing, that a whole new issue. I cant keep on track to save my life. I used to workout 5 days a week. I'm lucky if I get in 3. I'm getting too complacent and I don't like it!

Make smaller goals for exercise. Start out small. Its not easy sometimes. Keep trying! You can do this!
