Why am I not surprised at this weigh in!! Am I having a flashback!!! I am very dissapointed in myself. I was really wanting to be at 150 by yesterday (my 10th wedding anniversary) but instead I have accomplished nothing so far, just yo yoing! I don't know if I have hit a subconsious (sp) comfort zone or what........because I don't feel very comfortable!! I guess one thing I do like is 10 years ago on my wedding day I weighed 225, and it got worse from there. So I guess I will try to use that to keep my head up! I just can't find that motivation that I need, and had!! I always think ok this is it, and I will do real good for like 2 weeks then I don't know I start to slack off on my points! I can really start to tell that my body is changing and it is not for the better!!! :0(

HANG IN THERE!!!!!!! Just keep writting down everything that goes in your mouth. And I mean everything. When you have a bad week, look back at that journal to see where you slipped up. You can do it. Believe in yourself and you can do anything.

I hear ya! I'm a complete yo-yo myself! I just don't seem to have the will power either. Where can you buy some of that stuff? ha! I'll try harder if you will. :)

You want motivation!!! Go out and buy a pair of jeans 2 sizes smaller than what you wear now.Then set your eyes on getting into them.(That's what I did)As far as your points .stop when your in your comfort zone.If your not sure,eat half of what's on your plate and then stop and wait for 20 minutes,see what happens.If your still hungry microwaves were invented for this reason.Good Luck
