Not a bad day today.
Ate well with fruit & seeds for b/fast, soup and bread & plums for lunch and fish, rice and veg for dinner. Snacks, apple, banana, youghurt and cereal bar. oh did have one little fuit scone for midmorning but no butter.
Exercise wise, not had time today, hopefully tomorrow.

Ok time to fess up! For the last month(or so) i have not been putting in the correct weight. I have been kidding myself that i would get it back down before the next weigh in but of course that doesnt work!
So today i decided to take the bull by the horns and just record exactly what it says on the scale and get back in order. So its not a 7lb gain in one week but over 4. (and thats bad enough!!!)

Though i havent lost weight i do feel my eating is back under control. Was getting ridiculous again.
Now with just over 11 weeks til the big holiday i feel im back on track. Should be ready to show a loss next week.

Not doing well at all.
Am trying frantically to get back on track. Have started afresh again today.
Big holiday is only just only 12 weeks away, so i really need to make everything count.

Hmmmm. Stayed the same. But the 50lb weight loss challenge is restarting so i feel ready to take it on!
