The weight i have recorded is the weight my new scales show rather than the weight watcher weigh-in(the one with clothes!).

IM BACK!!!! I had my big Florida holiday(not quite the weight i wanted to be but hey!). I only put on 2.7 lbs must have been all the walking cos i sure didnt stick to a healthy diet while i was there!!!!!. TO all my American friends, how can you eat those excuses for chips(french fries) where is the potato! I did love your Ponderosa tho for value for money(breakfast and dinner)
I kissed a Dolphin!. I had the best day at Discovery cove and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. I listened to my daughter descrive it to one of the neighbours this morning and it reminded me of just what a fabulous day it was. We did Bucsh gardens, Universal, Sea world and Disney. I did big rides that i would never have considered, my eldest is a rollercoster freak and challenged me! I wont be doing the HULk or the Kraken again in a hurry, trust me.


Anyway we all had fun. Even managed to catch some of the Black Friday sales for some Christmas shopping before coming home. Now saving my pennies for a return journey to the USA(4/5 years????)

So its bakc to old clothes and porridge as my hubby says. The diet is back on. Get back on track for crimbo and be supper slim by my sisters wedding in Nov 09.Wish me luck!!

Hello everyone. Its 1am here in Scotland and i couldnt sleep so i thought id catch up on the e-mails which lead me to here.

Weight watchers going good so far. My sis-in-law turned up with cream cakes tonight but we ate dinner so late that i forgot about thecakes. Now ive added up my total points for the day and im way short! So i could just have that cake but then at one in the morning it would probably give me heart burn. Anyway i was so way over the points on Monday night after going to friends for dinner and having wine and crumble and cheese as well as the lovely roast beef dinner that she cooked!

Just over three weeks to go to the BIG HOLIDAY and yes so im not a size 12 or anywhere near the 12 sstone i was hoping to be but at least i didnt give up completely!

Scales still showing a gradual decrease so im happy. If only i could get back into the kind of walking i was doing when training for the Moonwalk marathon the weight would fall off again. Trouble is with three kids and an almost full time job its difficult to fit it all in.

Just need to keep on trying..............
