Good loss this week help by having a sore throat for the last few days! Have been eating my meals but with less inclination to snack. Exercise hasnt been too bad. Cycling x2 and a long walk at the weekend.

Was a bad weekend but got back on track again. Heres to a better week this week. Off to a good start by getting up at 6.10am and going out for cycle run lasting 35-40mins, up hills and everything!

Not the best of weeks for getting started. Had wisdom tooth out last week, that was ok, could only eat yoghurt, porridge and soup but the scales didnt show much of a loss. Then i got an infection, oh boy, the chipmonks had nothing on my face!!! SO i was back to eating soup, porridge and yoghurt. As well as antibiotics which i cant have alcohol with(which is probably a good thing!). ANyway now feeling better so can get back to exercising.

and so it begins again. As it happens its 5 weeks until my holiday in the sun so 6 lbs+ off would be fab!

Need to get the eating back under control and get back to WW class. The exercise is not a problem.
