I did a spin class at the gym this morning with 15- minutes of pilates after 45min of spin. A good workout. I did a few weight lifting excercising. I ate good today.
My birthday was great! We had champagne wiht grilled bacon wrapped around shrimp followed by a wedge of iceburg,feta,walnuts and grapes with a blush vinegerate over it. The main course was grilled salmon over coucus, grilled asparagus and homemadead wheat sourdough bread. My friend made an awesome chocolate, cake with meringe for a couple of layers and chcolate mousse and ganache-WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!
My weight has not gone down but feel great and clothes are feeling better.

Yesterday- I had dinner at my parents for my birthday-Sphaghettie and bread pudding- I did well with portion control,etc. TOday is my birthday and my husband is preping a donderful dinner.
I did great at gym with Body Pump and 25 min on Eliptical(sp?)
THEn I cleand my screened porch and foloded lots of clothes-I was busy yesterday-maybe burned extra calories.

Ok. I survived not eating a dounut at work! whew- I really wanted one. I ate a peanut butter and apple for lunch and that was a good thing. I did eat a 1/2 serving of M&M's instead of donut to satisfy sweet. I drank my water better today and the pizza for dinner was ok.
Tomorrow I will see to it that I can plan to do good even at dinner. Sunday is my birthday and my husband is cookingfor my friends and me. He is grilling salmon, sweet potatos and a salad. My Friend is making a wonderful chocolate cake. I t will be fun.

Yesterday I may have contained my caloric intake under 1600-I did not eat as healthy especially at the end of theday. I was so busy in late afternoon- I will take note of planning better. My inlaws came over and took rest of family out to eat while I had to take a meal to a new mom and pick up my 14 year old from gym-all during dinner hour.
Will increase my fresh fruit and veg intake today-that is very important.
I did Body Pump yesterday and worked out on Eliptical for 210 calories.
