I am so exhausted. I’m still going to workout tonight but it’s going to be a light workout.

I didn’t take a picture but I had a hamburger on one piece of bread, some corn, some peach halves, a few lightly salted dill pickle spears and a glass of chocolate milk. My gym was closed today so tomorrow after work, I restart working out.
I know I said I would cut out processed sugars but this milk needs to get gone before it goes bad. Plus, it’s only the start of the new year. It’ll take time to cut out the sugar.

Welp, there is it folks. I think I can drop 50 lbs in a year. Obviously, I would love for it to be more but I think 50 lbs is an achievable goal for a year.
