Staying the same weight for days on end despite sticking to calorie allowance and exercising - although I recorded my weight here only two days ago, that was my weight last weekend that I didn't record here till then. That's six days without the scales budging even 0.1 of a pound, and it's the weekend! Calm down - have done meal plans for next week and have shopping list, going shopping, be good!!

Watching dvd with grandchild after school - Milky Way (could have been worse), daughter came in with wine - 1glass and pkt Twigets. All not away till 7.30 so late evening meal.

Did well to stay on track yesterday - legs and back very sore following the days of swimming. Also it was cold and we were looking after grandchild after school. Same again today but managed to complete the swim - did 50 lengths but in a slower time because I think I pushed myself to hard the other days. Shopping for the week tomorrow morning so will write list tonight and plan meals. Snow forecast for today and weekend.

7lbs off since I restarted seriously in January - 2 weeks on then 1 week off following party, now a further 2 weeks almost complete. Exercising for a couple of weeks but not today - too tired. My weight report says that if I keep losing at this rate it will take 9 months to reach target - that's ok but it doesn't allow for the inevitable slip-ups and slowing down of rate of progress. They always say 'it's not a diet, it's a lifestyle change', but ...........(run out of steam - off for a coffee)

Ate a lot more today than recently. Feeling cold and tired after my swim, then sore back and aching muscles. Try an early night.
