Body fought me with neuropathy tingles which have spread from my right shoulder to now left shoulder effecting my entire torso now and right quadriceps.
Due to this I had to decrease my running speed from 7.0 to 5.0. I also skipped weightlifting.

Slowing into my workout routine after an extended time off. This week will be a light workout week, taking it easy and using equipment I do not usually get to. That being said; todays workout:
10 minute stretching
25 jumping jacks
10 burpees
Easy spinbike
Time 25 minutes
Bike distance 9 miles
