Hello everyone, I have to confess I didn't go to the gym today I decided to take my dogs on a 5 mile walk before it got to hot. Sorry to say I followed that with breakfast at IHop with my hubby and son.

I didn't eat junk food but I did eat more than I should. Happy the scale didn't go up so I am happy even with alittle drop.

Wonderful 5.5 mile jog/walk with the dogs on the trail this morning felt so good being out there early not alot of people at that time. My Rottie finds it hard to keep up so on the way back we took it slower my GSD however never gives up.
It's going to be another hot one today, stay cool everyone and have a great day. :)

Cant go to my Zumba class today have to wait for the patio cover guy to come and give us a quote. I did walk my dogs though and I am sure I can find something else to do get another workout. Have a great day everyone. :)

I am tired my 2hr's at the gym were tough. The "young instructor" kicked our butts I was really wet when we finished the class then I did some ab work followed by 1hr of intense yoga, the instructor said we burn 500 cal in that class. Wouldn't change a thing though at my age you need the challenge.lol
