I feel so darn tied today I would like to take a nap. I did good walking the dogs for 1.5hrs only 5.5 miles never mind I will do better next time. Think I will go relax and close my eyes for a few minutes. ( Maybe the heat is starting to get to me.)

Okay, I was going to skip the weigh in as I knew it would be up because of yesterday, then I thought "no" I should face my screw up head on and move forward from there.
It's so darn hot here I started to work in my garden and changed my mind will try again when it gets cooler.

Sorry, I can't log any more food we went to Todi for lunch and I have no idea of the calorie count, I know I will be sorry tomorrow or maybe I wont weigh my self till next week. (talk about cheating) have a great evening everyone.

So darn hot and muggy, didn't go to the gym but I did walk the dogs early this morning.Went to check my blood then took hubby to the doctor as he fainted yesterday he is okay today they are going to run some tests.

I did a very poor job with my choice of foods yesterday so now I have to really try hard to stay on track other wise my weight is going to go up.
I have already walked my dogs and now I am off to the gym for 1hr zumba & 1hr yoga.
