This is my second try at this site. However, this time I have to give it my best shot, my doctor wants me to lose 20lbs as I am prediabetic. I am an active senior who walks her two big dogs every day and goes to the gym 3 days a week for 2hrs each time. I love my group classes of Zumba, Body works, spin, yoga and zumba tone with weights. My weakness is bread and butter, that is going to be a big challenge for me but I am determined to succeed this time.
