I don't know what's up with me I just didn't want log my food or journal I actually couldn't be bothered. I think this heat is getting to me.

We have a gloomy looking day today which is nice when you consider we are going to be in the high 90s. I have already walked my dogs and I am having a day off from the gym. My back is giving me a problem must be from the rowing I did yesterday so I am giving it a rest.(kind of) We hope to put together our shed today and I feel that will be a challenge in it's self.

Hi everyone!! Don't understand why I am starting my week sore and tired quite low in energy. I did two new classes on Friday Crunch, and Body tone the instructor said they were tough and she wasn't kidding. I followed the classes with an hr of Yoga thought that would help stretch my muscles. It's like my workout has suddenly caught up with me today, maybe I need a nap. lol :)

I knew this would catch up to me,light activity no zumba short walks and it's so darn hot and muggy. My down fall was the Tillamook Ice cream it was so good on these hot days.
You know I wasn't going to weigh in but I need to own what I did and face up to the error of my ways. I feel really awful about the increase so I just have to get back into the swing of things and work harder.
