Day 3 IF
ok so yesterday's workout fell a bit flat to me, I was drained and I felt that my energy levels weren't great in actual fact I felt as weak as a kitten.
Basically I need someone who has done IF for an extended period of time to tell me this to will pass please:)

IF day 2
today the hunger pangs were a bit more pronounced than yesterday but i fought through.
I found gradually taking sips of cold water helped.
now I am in feasting phase I stretched it to 2:45 today so that was a mile stone:)

so funny story, I decided I wanted to start juicing because apparently we are supposed to eat six different types of vegetables a day of varied colors for optimum health and apparently we only eat an average of about two to three of the 6 a day that we are supposed to eat and juicing is supposed to be a marvelous way of getting the benefits without the fuss of having to prepare all these weird and wonderful things that you admire in the fresh produce isle but have no idea what to do with.
So I went ham and bought a whole bunch of vegetables based on color.
when I got home my fiance was nosing through my purchases and he was like "what do you plan to do with these sweet potatoes and eggplants and patty pans?"
And I looked at him, all chuffed with myself and was like "why I am going to juice them of course my love!"
he looked at me long and hard as if I had been dropped on my head as a small child.
" you do realize raw sweet potato is poisonous and raw eggplant is disgusting and I don't thing patty pan's are designed to be juiced."
well I march to the old google machine and turns out he was right.
well there went my purple and yellow selection dashed against the rocks.
and now I had all this stuff I had no idea how to cook or work with.
needless to say I made something edible but I didn't end up juicing last night but I am hoping tonight will be better on that front I should have gone with the yellow pepper darn I am a narna.

IF day 1
so far so good, I was slightly nibbly over the periods of time that I would generally eat but I seem to think that is habit more than hunger.
I was thinking of breaking my fast at 2:00 but I am considering stretching it out to 2:30 as I am still feeling strong.
and it gives me more time this evening to prepare dinner don't ask I have a hectic schedule and if I know I have until 11:30 tonight to feast I will feel better because I only get home at 19:45 from gym.
