I have a question, do you think that there is a direct correlation between emotional upset and injury during exercise.
Because I have noticed for myself personally that these last two weeks I have been struggling with some personal issues and last week I dislocated my shoulder and this week I strained my wrist both during working out.
weird existential question I know but I am curious.

helllloo everyone, this is Idon'tfeelsogood, I had abit of a wobble this last weekend.
I was feeling slightly overwhelmed with life so I went on a liquid diet bender of wine and shooters after not having alcohol for months.
I tried to keep my eating in check but yeah...
starting again today but I don't feel healthy and my shoulder is killing me.
I want to crawl into a hole:(

yay it was excellent to be back in the box today, I had to scale a few of the movements and use the beginner weights because of my shoulder injury but regardless it was a rush all the pent up energy of the last two days has been released thank the lawwd have a great evening guys.

two days of no exercise due to my fracking shoulder I am going crazy I will definitely be working out tonight, if I don't I might turn homicidal.
Does anyone else have mood swings when they don't exercise? Like a pressure cooker without a release valve
