I need some guidance please from those more wise than I. I am doing my best to keep staying on track with my eating regiment. However, I am finding myself eating more almonds to take place of the sweet junk food i have ate in the past several weeks. Does anyone have any suggestions on if that is a good idea or should I switch over to fruit or something? Please help!!!!!

I havent been on the site in a while due to personal reasons. I just cant seem to get my mind refocused on my goal. A lot of personal stress is hard to handle. I am still working on reaching my new goal but it seems harder than it did when I first started. Please say a prayer for me that I can get my emotions in check and get back on track.

trying to get back in the routine. not easy with the antibiotics I am taking due to a tooth that has decided to try to abscess. will get it pulled out tomorrow afternoon. not really looking forward to it but looking forward to not hurting and getting off the med. this med is making me crave things that I shouldn't eat but have...

Still at it...my total overall weight loss so far is 112.75 lbs and my overall inches lost are 72.25. I have approx. 11 lbs to go to meet my new weight goal. I am so stoked....my waist is the area that I want to lose most in.

Ok guys, I have went below my original goal weight so now I changed my goal weight to a new one. I have 12 pounds to go to get to the new one. I know I can do it like I knew I could do the original goal weight. I just had to keep working at it.
