Accountability time:
First off I didn't weigh in this morning because I forgot I worked a 6-6 shift today so results to come tomorrow
Second of all, I did a baaad baaaad thing today. I ate my feelings. And I was feeling stressed. My food diary reflects my plan (which I stuck to until about lunch) when I went off the deep end and ate all the junk food I could get my hands on. Not a good start to my renewed week of control and better choices.
Once again, I have to give myself a kick in the ass and get my act together.
I'll stop by Walmart tonight and pick up another salad for lunch tomorrow.
I also think part of my problem was not having a substantial breakfast, skipping a morning snack then having a salad for lunch. The salad was great but I waited until I was starving to eat.
Lessons learned: Eat a better breakfast and run far away from temptation

Well my first weigh in is tomorrow. I completely forgot to pack a lunch and got something easy. Gotta do better than that. I doubt I'll have made any change in my weight because I've eaten out so much this last week but next week I will do better! My first couple of weeks last time wasn't so great getting into the swing of making better choices either, but I just have to work on it. This week i will start some light exercise and I'm hoping in three or four weeks to go to Springfield and go roller skating

I am sick sick sick and it's affecting my grand plans of weight loss.
I was going to get rotisserie chicken to bring home for dinner since I got paid today. Didn't happen.
Figured maybe I'd have a smoothie for dinner instead. Great right?
Not! Right before I got home I got the chills like nobody's business. Walking through 90° heat to the house with goose bumps and shivering.
Screw the smoothie. I'll have microwave burritos because it's fast and hot and the sooner I eat the sooner I can shower and sleep.
Planned to shower for five minutes. Sat down in the hot water for half an hour and almost fell asleep.
Currently in bed early again for night two, praying I sleep better than the last two nights

Day one back on good behaviour: I've changed my previous diet requirements to now be 1800 calories a day and my gods it makes such a difference.
I actually had a real breakfast today (talked myself out of making a breakfast burrito and instead went for breakfast scramble), had lunch (was going to have sushi but ended up having a roast beef sandwich instead) and plan to have dinner, some snacks and dessert still.
I don't have much for fresh foods at home but hopefully I can get some on pay day. The plan is to gradually lower my allotted calories each month-two months

Well I'm back and I've fallen very much off the wagon and am basically back at my starting weight. I've made some bad decisions and this is the consequence. Time to get back on track, count my calories, count my sugars and start exercising. I've got a pair of roller skates I'm ordering next payday and a new roller rink is coming to town this fall so I'll be sure to get more exercise that way.
