Well y'all I'm back and in case it isn't obvious I have fallen painfully off the wagon, rolled down the hill, bounced off a rock and been carried down the river. I could make plenty of excuses but the reality is that when I started working longer hours I started making poorer choices. I was having sugary drinks, eating out way more often than any human being should and most of what i did eat was something I could easily throw in the microwave and warm up. Plenty of bad choices all around.
That's exactly it though, they're choices. Choices I can change for better ones, which is why I'm starting my diet over from scratch.
I intend to start by making small changes that lead to bigger changes soon. I want to start with:
1) Eliminate sugary drinks
2) Limit of a meal out once a week
3) Limit boxed food consumption
As well as these things I want to start doing some light exercise and work up to more strenuous exercise later. I'm finally beginning to really feel motivated again and I need to stick to it this time. I want to be healthier and able to do more. I take a lot of inspiration from the athletes on shows like Ultimate Beast Master or American Ninja Warrior who were very overweight and were able to not only change their lifestyle but also become so incredibly fit.
I'm planning on using a rewards system for myself as well. Every forty two pounds I lose I will get myself something I've been wanting like a tattoo or a new ear piercing etc
I'm still debating as to whether or not I want to erase my previous history on here, but I'm going to do it this time!
