Well on my fourth day of no drinking and eating better, wonder how long I can keep it up this time.
I already feel a lot better in myself. Did I mention I can drink a bottle of vodka or whiskey a night and still feel perfectly ok?
Which means I am very much not okay, especially as I was diagnosed with Primary Biliary Cirrhosis 3 years ago.
Should know better really, trying to wash the PBC out of your liver with Vodka is not recommended by my physician!
I thought I was going to have to dial for an ambulance when I told him, he nearly had a stroke 😁
Anyway trying to be a better person now, and lose some weight in seriousness.

Christmas came, diet went. Wife came home with muffins today.
I didn’t say no, which is why I put on 9lbs.
However I’m going to try and log my eating again as it helps focus the mind

Had a week off from dieting, I got fed up with constantly counting calories etc.
I know I’ve put on weight in that time, but I just needed the break.
Back to it, I’m going to do a vegetable casserole for me today.
I hope that I haven’t done too much damage, I guess we’ll see Monday when I weigh in.

Lunch and I don't care, 'cause I lost 22lbs.
