Yesssss! I'm on my hol's and I've lost! Well happy with that. Limiting breads, pasta & other carb rich foods. According calorie loaded foods too, like cream sauces. Eating fresh & as organic as possible.
So happy this morning xxx 😁

My Weigh Day:
Really peeved with this weigh in but I do feel swollen and think that maybe down to water retention & the extreme heat. I think I managed to drink over 3 litres of liquid yesterday. My fingers look like cocktail sausages.
Anyhoooo, I've got to finish packing for our 4 week trip to Ireland to visit family. I can't wait to get going. It's going to be a tuff trip for our dog, Max.
Have every intention on sticking to my meal plan when I'm gone, so hoping that I'll have 5lbs lost when I get back.

Looks like my 5k run paid off. Will try again on Tuesday to get in 5k. Have a lovely Sunday everyone

Am absolutely knackered! Did my 5k ParkRun at 9am but because they moved the start point for a slightly different route, I ended up doing 7.4k with my trusty dog, Max. I CANNOT run 5k, I do have to still walk 2/3 of it...
but I get round it (#SmugGrin)
Noticed my appetite for junk is decreasing, that's astonishing to me because I would scoff an entire pack of choc chip biscuits & then some.
Almost into my next 10lb bracket (180's).
